As part of our digital and communication services, we also provide access to messaging and communication platforms, including WhatsApp, SMS, email, and related messaging tools.
Certain messaging features are delivered through third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta APIs, to enable business communication with users who have explicitly opted in.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
By using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
- Comply with Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies
- Obtain explicit opt-in consent from end users before sending messages
You are solely responsible for the content and recipients of messages sent using our Services.

- Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or other platform policies

5. Messaging & WhatsApp Services
When using WhatsApp or other messaging services:
- Messages are delivered via third-party platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp
- Message delivery is subject to platform availability and approval
- We do not guarantee message delivery or uptime
- End users must be provided with a clear opt-out mechanism
Design Connexion LLC is not responsible for actions taken by Meta, WhatsApp, or other platform providers, including account restrictions or service interruptions.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided as part of the Services are owned by or licensed to Design Connexion LLC.
